If you are running the Pro or Business editions of Windows, you can use the Group Policy Editor. If you do not like the idea of allowing anyone to change the screensaver of your Desktop, a simple setting will help you prevent the Screen Saver dialog from opening in the Personalization or Display Control Panel. You can restrict or prevent Users from changing the Screensaver in Windows 11/10/8/7 by editing the Registry or changing Group Policy Editor settings.
